Hope all is well with you.  We had a wonderful time in Italy, thanks to you for making our trip so enjoyable . We really had a great time with you and Michele.  As you can see I've attached a couple of pictures for you from our trip.   I hope Joseph made it okay to Sicily, thank you for your accepting him into your home.   Tell your mother that I made the involtini the other night and it was good. Not as good as her's though.  When you get a chance can you send me the recipes for the involtini, the arrancini and the sauce for the pasta, I would truly appreciate it also the spices you gave me to cook with if you can send some home with Joseph that would be great but don't go out of your way to get them.   Hope to see you in New York sometime this year.  Say hello to all from Joe and I   Warm Regards, Rebecca  Carretta
